Overview

3 emails:

• To warn that their account will soon be disabled/deleted
• A reminder
• To notify them that their account has been disabled/deleted

2-step deletion:

• Deactivation of the account and empty some profile fields
• Permanent deletion of the account

Choose when emails and deletions occur, according to the number of days after the last login date.

If an account is disabled and the user logs back in before deletion, his account will automatically be reactivated upon login.

System administrator accounts are bypassed.
