A complete visual refresh, bringing the theme up to current design standards. Everything below is a default: all colors, fonts and sizes can still be customized on the "Administration -> Settings -> Appearance" and "Clean Theme" configuration pages. When updating or enabling the module, the values you customized in the Clean Theme configuration are kept; only the fields still set to their Clean Theme default get the new design.

• Fix: Enabling the module from the command line (php yii module/enable clean-theme-pro) failed with "Call to a member function getVersion() on null": since HumHub 1.19 that command does not load the other modules, so Clean Theme was not found even when enabled. The module now loads Clean Theme itself, and when Clean Theme is missing or disabled it says so instead of failing — on the page, or as an error on the command line, where it used to be reported as enabled

• Enh: A new look throughout: an accessible teal as the main action color, with a complete matching dark mode; rounded panels, cards, dropdowns, buttons and fields; discreet shadows instead of the old glossy effects; slimmer, less tall input fields; roomier dropdown menus; a sober top bar; active menu items marked with a soft tint instead of a dark block; and no more forced capitals on menu labels

• Enh: A new typeface, Onest: modern and very readable, with the same proportions as Open Sans, so nothing shifts. Text is slightly larger and better spaced. Served from your own server, with no connection to Google Fonts (GDPR)
• Enh: New icons: HumHub still ships Font Awesome 4 (2016); the whole platform, including the other modules you have installed, now uses the latest free version — sharper, more consistent drawings and nearly 2,000 icons instead of 675, still served from your own server. All the icon names used by HumHub and by the modules keep working
• Fix: Text that was too light to read is corrected everywhere (accessibility, WCAG 2.2 AA): dashboard widget titles, timestamps and secondary text, post type tabs ("Question", "Survey"…) and dropdown "Select" labels. The main color is slightly darker so links and active items stay readable on every background, and space initials and banner titles are now readable whatever color or photo sits behind them
• Enh: Keyboard focus is visible again on every button, link and field, form fields have a visible border, and animations are switched off for people whose system asks for reduced motion (accessibility, WCAG 2.2)
• Enh: The left menu is redesigned — clear category hierarchy, visible collapse chevrons, readable space counters, and a footer where "Create" stands out. It is also available on every page now, including the administration and the messages, where it used to be hidden: shown beside the content on wide screens, opened from the top bar button below 1200 pixels, like on a phone
• Enh: On large screens the page uses its whole width: the left menu moves to the edge of the screen instead of sitting inside a centred container, and the content takes all the room that remains. On a wide monitor the menu no longer eats a fifth of the page, and streams, wikis and administration tables all get noticeably wider
• Enh: All the horizontal menus (space modules, content tabs, navigation on small screens) now behave alike: one line that scrolls sideways instead of wrapping onto several, the current item scrolled into view, a shadow on the side that continues, the last item always visibly cut so it is clear there is more, even spacing around the tabs, and scrolling by dragging with the mouse
• Fix: On phones, tab bars with many tabs (the user administration page, for example) displayed their labels one letter per line and grew taller than the screen; and lists that are not navigation menus no longer turn into a horizontal scrolling bar
• Enh: Members list, dashboard activity list and settings menus refreshed: a colored band above each member picture and aligned cards, readable separators and a hover highlight between activity entries, and a rounded selected entry like in the left menu
• Enh: New option "Show the left menu", enabled by default. Turned off, the Space directory panel disappears from every page, along with its top bar button, and the content is centered again at the usual width, as in the Clean Theme — for sites that want the refreshed design without the left menu
• Chg: The Classified Spaces module is no longer required. It is only needed by the left menu, which is now an option: without the module the option is grayed out in the configuration, with a link to it, and the theme runs as usual with the content centered. Enabling the option and later disabling Classified Spaces no longer breaks the page — the menu simply goes away, and comes back with the module, your setting kept
• Enh: Five new options, all enabled by default: more generous spacing inside panels; tab menus shown as a segmented control; space images as rounded squares, so users and spaces are told apart at a glance; accordions instead of tabs in the profile edition form, so every field is on the same page; and a colored banner generated from the space color when no banner image is set, always dark enough for the title to stay readable
• Chg: Disabling the module now falls back to the Clean Theme instead of the default HumHub theme
• Chg: Disabling the module resets the Onest font to the Clean Theme default font, as Onest is served by this module: the Clean Theme would otherwise load it from Google Fonts. A font you chose yourself is kept
• Fix: On the space home page, non-members saw the "About" text of the space twice, in the info message and in the "About" panel below it; the info message now only invites them to join, and tells them whether they must join to view the content according to the default content visibility of the platform when the space does not set its own
• Chg: Requires Clean Theme version 2.5.0 or later
• Enh: Comment background now applies to the header and body, but not the author profile image and footer anymore
• Enh: Button border radius is now 50rem
