This module adds a dark mode to HumHub.

User options

You can decide between 3 options:

• "Follow system" (Default) - sync with your browser/system preferences
• "Light" - always use light mode
• "Dark" - always use dark mode

Compatible Themes

• HumHub Community Theme
• Enterprise Theme
• Clean Theme

Custom Themes based on one of the above are compatible by default.

Button

By default the module adds a button to the top bar. This can be switched off in the module settings. Additionally users can change their preference in the Account Settings menu.

Default Mode

Administrators can choose the default mode ("Follow system", "Light" or "Dark") in the module settings. This is the mode used for users and guests who have not chosen a preference of their own yet. It does not override a preference a user has already saved.

Please only use the Translation Community to contribute translations.
